First time using it. It works for me. It doesn't smell good but it is effective. No side effects and I intend to get a second bottle.

I have googled and read from health experts and others state taking collagen supplements has minimal effect and some said unless you have taken for years to see results. Because collagen should be taken from our daily food intake. Hence I personally feel and believe that if one love oneself and embrace beauty and wish to grow old gracefully, start early.

I had swollen left knee beginning and end April this year. My friend recommended the Tumeric Curcuma 1600mg as her badminton friend could resume badminton within 1 week of taking this supplement.
