Hi Y’all! Welcome back to my kitchen where we make good food super delicious! Today we’re making a fan favorite that’s classic and easy for any family to cook up quick.
SPAGHETTI!!!!
Alright now, here is what you’ll need!
Ingredients:
– 1/3 Ground Beef of a 1.3 LB Pack 402mg Sodium
– Half a White Onion 0mg Sodium
– Half a Pack of Sliced White Mushrooms 0mg Sodium
– 2 TSPS Black Fine Pepper 0mg Sodium
– 4 TBSPS Olive Oil (Bertolli) 0mg Sodium
– A Handful of Mueller’s Spaghetti Pasta 0mg Sodium
-1 CUP of Silver Plates Lows Sodium Basil & Tomato Pasta Sauce 260mg Sodium
Tools Needed:
– 1 Spatula
– A Colander
– Frying Pan
– Stock Pot
– Bowls For Serving
– Measuring Cup
Makes Two Servings.
This meal is for two people and could also be used as something for lunch the next day.
Total Meal Sodium: 662mg Sodium
Per Serving: 331mg Sodium

Meat Sauce:
Heat frying pan up until warm. Place ground beef in pan and ground. Drain meat in a colander with a dish underneath to catch the grease and not mess up your pipes. Let drain and return to the stove top. Wipe out frying pan gently and carefully with some paper towels. Put onions and mushrooms in frying pan until caramelized and browned. return ground beef once drained back to the frying pan and add the 1 cup of pasta sauce to the mix. cook until warmed.
Pasta:
Take a handful of pasta and that is your two servings. Boil water on the stove with some olive oil until bubbly. Then add pasta and cook until your desired pasta standards. I like mine al dente, so I cook it for about 15 minutes on my stove. Each stove is different.
Serve and enjoy!
Sprinkle with fresh mozzarella or parmesan to your pasta! Make sure to add in the sodium of those items to your meal! Sodium of add ons are NOT added into this recipe!
