Cabbage Recipe for Diabetics
1 head of cabbage OR 2 pkgs of shredded cabbage
1 onion, chopped
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp Redmond Real Salt
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a pan with non-stick aluminium foil.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour on lined pan.
Roast for 30-35 minutes (stir halfway through).
Serve.
