🥘 Ingredients:
These ingredients are for ONE Pizza. In the video there are TWO Pizzas.
– Low Sodium Tortilla (Found at Kroger), 85mg of Sodium
– 2-3 TBSPS Homemade Tomato Sauce, 5mg of Sodium
– Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, 320mg of Sodium
– 1 TBSP Cheddar Cheese, 57mg of Sodium
– 7 Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Pearls, 85mg of Sodium
– 3 TBSPS Swiss & Gruyere Cheese Mix (Aldi), 100mg of Sodium
– 1/2 Bella Mushroom, Sliced Thin, 0mg of Sodium
– 1/8 of a Red Onion, Sliced Thin, 0mg of Sodium
📖 Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Take out a sheet pan and cover it with parchment paper. Place your tortilla on the parchment paper. Thinly spread the homemade tomato or low sodium tomato sauce on the tortilla. Add your cheeses. Add your pepperoni. Add your vegetables. Place in oven until desired look for you. Once finished take out of oven and let cool. Cut in four equal pieces.
