CORNED BEEF HASH ~ Easy Recipes for Breakfast
Tight on budget? No time to cook? NO PROBLEM!👍
This is 4-ingredients, easy to cook delicious breakfast…or for any time of the day!
Ingredients and Cooking Instructions:
3 tbsp margarine or butter
3 cups frozen diced potatoes (hash browns)
1 onion
2 x 198g Corned Beef
**Egg and freshly chopped parsley for toppings. (optional)
How to cook:
1. Heat margarine in the pan over medium heat, let it melt and add onions. Cook for few minutes until fragrant and translucent.
2. Add diced potatoes, stir well and cook until tender (but don’t over cook)
3. Add corned beef over, lightly stir it and cook until brown.
4. Remove from heat and top with fried egg and chopped parsley. Serve hot!
**TIPS**
1. I used low-sodium margarine in this recipe, I recommend low-sodium since corned contain more than enough sodium.
2. Fresh potatoes is an option too, if store bought hash browns or frozen potatoes are not available.
3. You can add freshly ground black pepper too, for added flavor
