Sauce
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon low sodium Tamari Sauce ( Soy Sauce)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons Honey
1 teaspoon fresh grated Ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground Garlic
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
For The Stir-Fry
3 teaspoons Sesame Oil divided
6 ounces of boneless skinless Chicken Breast sliced into 1/2 – inch strips or cubed
1 Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper thinly sliced
1 Carrot sliced into thin discs
2 celery stalks thinly sliced
1 cup shredded Bok Choy Cabbage ( you can use Napa Cabbage if you cant find Bok Choy)
2 cups Bean Sprouts
1/2 cup snow peas , stringed
1 Scallion thinly sliced for garnish
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds for garnish
