When I was developing this keto mooncake recipe 2 years ago, there were many failed attempts. The keto dough kept on melting in the oven and did not keep its shape. The details of the patterns weren’t very visible, but after countless attempts, I finally figured it out!!! Ingredients, ratios and oven temperature is SO important!!!
