In this 40 min CONTROLLED Upper Body Dumbbell Workout | + ABS | NO Jump | Commentary Workout , we will have 6 bundles of 3 exercises for 2x rounds in a row. Performing each exercise for 40 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest and a 25 seconds rest after each round/bundle. At the end of the workout we will have 8 exercises only for one round performing for 35 seconds.
This session includes commentary throughout. If you prefer a workout without commentary, feel free to choose from the non-commentary options in the library.
