This 25. Min. 25 min. GREAT FULL BODY Resistance Band combination Workout | FULL BODY STRENGTH Workout is made up of 3 x blocks of exercises . Each block contains 3 x exercises and each 3 x exercise for 3 x rounds. We will do each exercise for 40 seconds and we have 20 seconds rest in between.
BLOCK 1
1. Front Squat + Overhead press
2. Deadlift + Bent Over Row
3. Banded Push up + knee Tuck (R/L)
BLOCK 2
1. Reverse Lunges + Hammer curl + Upright Row (L)
2. Reverse Lunges + Hammer curl + Upright Row (R)
3. Hack Squat + Shrugs
BLOCK 3
1. Squat + Front Raises
2. 3 x Triceps extensions + 3 x Lateral Delt (seated)
3. Wide Stand Full deadlift + wide Stiff leg deadlift
