This 20 minute No Repeat Dumbbell Strength Workout is a full body workout that contains 20 different exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds and with 20 seconds rest between the exercises.
You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row.

3. 3 Count Hold Landmine Row

5. Locked Feet Sit Up
6. Suitcase Squat To Shrug
7. Decline Alternating Narrow Chest Press
8. Kneeling Strict Alternating Row
9. Upright Row
10. Side To Side Leg Raise
11. Sumo Deadlift
12. Elevated 3 Count Pause Push Up
13. Hover Press
14. Narrow Grip Biceps Curl
15. Kneeling Side Bends
16. Narrow To Wide Goblet Squat
17. Wide Dips
18. Kneeling Rows
19. Lying Triceps Extension
20. High Plank Side To Side Drag
