今天是一部適合新手的肩膀訓練影片。除了使用到啞鈴之外,也以坐姿為主,幫助訓練過程中身體核心穩定。肩膀是我們重要的活動關節之一,所以在挑選重量時,不使用過重的重量,避免受傷!而且輕重量也能有很好的訓練效果喔!

Today’s video is a beginner friendly shoulder workout with dumbbells. Besides, the workout is mainly seated to help generating stability of our body. Shoulders are one of the most important joint. When choosing the weight, use lighter weight is recommended to reduce injure risk.
