Tap in with us for this quick 10 minute circuit if you’re looking to build strength and tone your shoulders 🔥 All you need is a light/moderate weighted pair of dumbbells (We used 10lb pair & 5lb pair). Since some exercises are harder than others, you may want to use different sized dumbbells if you have them.
