Hi, It’s me Patrick.
If you’ve follow my workout video, you may experienced a sense of muscle sour afterward. So this is the idea of this video comes from. I invited my friend Neil, who has been doing yoga for a long time, to give me a 10 minutes yoga stretching lesson to relax my tight muscles due to continuing training.
In fact, stretching not only could help loosing tight muscles, but provide better join flexibility which give weigh training better result. Therefore, which a rest day and do the 10 minutes yoga stretch with me.
