Traction and inflammatory headaches, on the other hand, are considered as symptoms of other related disorders such as infection, stroke and other serious neurological disorders.
Experts say that the treatment of the headache depends largely on its cause. The most common headache treatment out there is taking over the counter medicines such as analgesics like aspirin and acetaminophen. Others suggest common headache remedies like using hot or cold compresses, exercise, enough sleep, proper diet, and regular exercise to avoid recurrent headaches.
